Information For Our Veterans

If you’re scheduled to see us, your appointment was arranged through a VA contractor or one of our scheduling team members. While we don’t book private visits, we’re honored to support you during this part of your claims process. When you arrive, please bring your government-issued ID and any correspondence related to your exam. Our role is to provide an objective, independent evaluation, and although we do not offer treatment or prescriptions, we’re committed to making your visit respectful, comfortable, and stress-free.

Typical visit length: 20–45 minutes depending on conditions.
Results are submitted to the requesting contractor; VA processing times may vary.
Please avoid sending protected health information (PHI) by email.
